Half Broke Horses

The August meeting was changed from NOMAD to HALF BROKE HORSES. Discussion included how "like mother, like daughter" applied and how interesting it was to note the lack of depth in HBH compared to the author's first book. was it Glass House? I believe we agreed it was due to the fact one book was written after personal experience and the HBH was more a telling of stories that were hand-me-down.
